The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The dealer was contacted and confirmed that the parts were not yet available. The manufacturer was contacted, and the contact was advised to go to the dealer to pay for the recall repair out of pocket and then be reimbursed. The contact had not experienced a failure.
