The contact owns a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, another driver alerted the contact that the taillights failed to illuminate as needed. The vehicle was taken to the dealer; however, the vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The contact related the failure to NHTSA Campaign Number: 22V544000 (Exterior Lighting); however, the VIN was not included in the recall. The failure mileage was approximately 19,000.
