The contact owns a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The contact stated while driving at an undisclosed speed, the steering wheel became difficult to maneuver. The contact stated that an unknown warning light was illuminated. The vehicle was towed to the dealer however, the vehicle was not diagnosed. The dealer stated that the vehicle had experienced a battery failure, and the battery needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The contact stated she had not noticed a failure with the battery. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was unknown.
