Owner's description
The contact owns a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The contact stated that while his wife was driving 70 MPH, the temperature gauge rose extremely high, with the message “Engine Overheating” displayed on the instrument panel and the vehicle lost motive power. The contact’s wife pulled over and parked the vehicle while awaiting tow truck service. The local dealer was contacted; however, the vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 21,722.
