Owner's description
I have a 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4XE and have owned it for about 11 months. I bought it new. For the first 7 or 8 months, no problems at all. However, in the last 2 or 3 months, the truck has intermittently shutdown while driving. It's happened on the highway and on local streets. I've taken it to two Jeep dealers for service, and neither could replicate the problem. It's not showing any fault codes when they diagnose. One dealer said they updated the software and should have fixed the issue. It hasn't. I am afraid to drive this vehicle and will never let my wife drive it. I've searched online and see others have had the exact same issues. I need to get this vehicle repaired by Stellantis/Jeep otherwise I'll be forced to return it.
