Owner's description
The contact owns a 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The contact stated while driving at an undisclosed speed, several unknown warning lights were illuminated. The vehicle was scheduled for a service appointment the following week. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired by an independent mechanic or dealer. The contact received notifications of NHTSA Campaign Number: 25V741000 (Electrical System) and 25V766000 (Engine); however, parts were not yet available. The contact stated that the fire risk was a major concern with the unrepaired recall. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure but provided no assistance. In addition, the manufacturer was made aware of the concern regarding the unrepaired recalls and that parts were not yet available. The failure mileage was approximately 20,000.
