Owner's description
Multiple critical safety defects since January 2024 purchase: TRANSMISSION: Sudden transmission failures with complete loss of power while driving requiring emergency repairs. BATTERY SYSTEM: 4xe hybrid battery system failed multiple times, vehicle inoperable. SIX UNREPAIRED SAFETY RECALLS including URGENT FIRE RISK (NHTSA 25V141000). COMPUTER SYSTEM: Repeated crashes affecting dashboard warning systems and vehicle controls while driving. ENGINE: Multiple performance failures causing unsafe loss of power. OUT OF SERVICE: Over 30 days total for warranty repairs. Problems persist after multiple dealer repair attempts. DEALER/MANUFACTURER: Stellantis refuses adequate remedy despite clear defects. Vehicle poses serious ongoing safety risk. Request investigation for recall expansion beyond current 6 unrepaired recalls.
