Owner's description
The contact owns a 2020 Jeep Wrangler. The contact stated that while operating the vehicle, the instrument panel became inoperable. The contact was unable to view the odometer, fuel level, or speedometer. The warning lights were inoperable. The contact referenced NHTSA Campaign Number: 24V652000 (ELECTRICAL SYSTEM); as a possible cause for the failure, however the VIN was not included in the recall. The dealer was not notified of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 67,000.
