DRIVER WAS INVOLVED IN A REAREND COLLISION IN WHICH THE TWO FRONT SEATS RELEASED FROM THE UPRIGHT POSITION. *AK CONSUMER STATES THE RETRACTOR ALSO FAILED, THERE WERE THREE INJURED PEOPLE IN THE ACCIDENT. *SLC
