WHILE DRIVING 35-40 MPH THE VEHICLE HYDROPLANED AND SLID DOWN INTO A EMBANKMENT IN WHICH THE DRIVER'S AND PASSENGER'S AIR BAGS DID NOT DEPLOY, AND DID NOT PROTECT THE OCCUPANT. *AK
